Designed with innovative modular architecture, flexible sliding partition walls allow the estate to be rented as a single grand private residence sleeping up to 20 guests, or divided into two completely independent luxury villas (Villa Sud and Villa Nord), each featuring its own living lounges, kitchen, elevator, and outdoor areas.
